Showed up quick. A gift package a day before. Good price. Very professionally built and is a ton of fun. I love the onboard computer. The one suggestion is that the brakes are not very good. Keeping in mind the bike is heavy and I'm not 12 years old but it takes forever to come to a stop which has me looking for new brakes. But the bike performs the way I want it to and it's a blast.
Very impressed with this e-bike. Great brakes. Smooth shifting. It's very powerful and fast too. It has more then enough power to pull you up steep off road hills with ease. More powerful then expected. Display looks real nice. When you pedal or use the throttle it rolls for a very long time without having to pedal or throttle again for awhile.. good wheels. You can adjust the suspension or even lock it out which is awesome. design is great, happy with my purchase. Tottaly recomended this bike!

I really like the 2 bikes, they seem to be well constructed, good detail, and preform well.
The problem I've been having is with support group.
i have had issues with 1 of the bikes front fork. When the it is positioned correctly on the fork the wheel almost hit one side of the fork, Another issue is with a bent back rack. I have sent emails to the support group along with pictures and have gotten no feedback. i have also contacted customer service and they assured me that I would get and email from the support group. (NOTHING)
When I ordered the bike i was to get free gift as part of a promotion.
I did get everything except (1) bottle holder and (2) $80 vouchers.
Customer service is on point! The bike is a power house! I would and have recommended to family and friends!!
