Shipping & Returns

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No, We only ship to the lower 48 states in the US.

How long can I receive my bike?

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

Is a signature required at the time of delivery?

A signature is not required for ebike deliveries.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible), you must cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing it. If you do not cancel within 90 minutes of placing the order, it is beyond our ability to alter the order.

How do I return my order?

To begin the return process, please visit our return policy, to review our return policy. Contact us Via Phone call or Email to start return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our warehouse has received your shipment, please allow our team 3-4 business days to process your return before issuing a refund to your original payment method. We'll keep you informed via email regarding the progress of your return every step of the way!

Can I make address/order modifications?

We are unable to make any modifications or changes to an order once it has been placed. If you wish to make any changes you may cancel your order and place a new order with the correct information.
