We just bought two CycVerve bikes and we love them! The customer service was prompt and explained a small shipping issue we had. They were awesome to deal with! These bikes are beasts! We are late 50s early 60's and they make mountain biking something we can now do!
They are well built but more importantly fun!

Long story short my primary vehicle went down and I needed transportation to work (6 mile round trip) as it was getting expensive to get Ubers to and from. This bike is on the cheaper end and from what I've seen, worth it. I purchased the single battery and can get about 2-3 days off a full charge, after it hits about 50% battery it does lose some of its getup however ,so I probably would've benefit with the duel battery option. So keep that in mind how much you plan on riding it.

Another little gripe is I wish it came with a full teardown manual for it, not just the 6 page assembly manuel. I would like to put a air pod in its headlight just for tracking reasons In case it gets stolen but I for the life of me can't figure out how to disassemble it and would rather not destroy my headlight.

Those are really not deal breaker issues, just something I wish was available for myself. Considering this is my first and probably last ebike it was worth it to me and has helped a lot. I would recommend to anyone.

Ps: purchase the duel battery option, that's my only regret

I researched a number of fat tire e-bikes and cycverve was the best bang for the buck.
I ordered 2 and saved even more. Delivery was fast and showed up within 5 days.
Assembly was fast and easy.
I noticed a small defect on one of the back racks. I took a pic and customer service dispatched a new rack within 2 days.
Weather hasn’t been the best, however I did take a 1 hour test run. The bike handles great and has lots of zip. They are rugged, well built and seemed to capture lots of looks.
Can’t wait to start biking with my wife around Port Stanley and area.

My husband and I got these bike the beginning of August. We are loving them so far.

Showed up quick. A gift package a day before. Good price. Very professionally built and is a ton of fun. I love the onboard computer. The one suggestion is that the brakes are not very good. Keeping in mind the bike is heavy and I'm not 12 years old but it takes forever to come to a stop which has me looking for new brakes. But the bike performs the way I want it to and it's a blast.

I've been recommending this bike to my friends and family! It handles well on trails and roads. Has assisted peddling, no assistance peddling or can just hit the button and not pedal. Great bike iam definitely enjoying it!

I have been searching for an e-bike with a large battery capacity and decent speed for a while and this might be the best deal i've seen. The speed caps at 28mph on throtte. The seat is amazingly comfortable, the tires are great, it can go uphill decently, the headlight is very bright and keeps you very visible at night, the design is very sleek, and putting it together was very easy. I haven't tested the full mile range but my first day I put 15 miles on it going back and forth to work and the batteries barely lost any charge. I feel like this bike has everything I could want from one. I very strongly recommend this to any other new e-bike shoppers.

We honestly couldn't be happier with CYCROWN. Our experience has been fantastic. We ordered two CycFree bikes with saddlebags and baskets. They shipped quickly with FedEx supplying the tracking number through Amazon. The bikes even arrived a day early for us (sure this was FedEx ... but ... it still played towards a good emotional experience. Here are a few of my experiences:
1. The boxes are heavy ... the image I attached show two people needed for handling it. Since my wife couldn't help I slid the boxes into our yard where I setup a folding table to assemble them. I do not have the weight recorded but would guess they were about 70-80lbs (but awkward in large packaging). This is in NO way a negative as the bikes were INCREDIBLY packaged to minimize shipping damage.
2. Pulled out of the box (see image) you can see that there everything is secure with zip ties, foam wrapping, and hard foam blocks. NOTE: Be careful there are two BLACK wires that look a lot like the black zip ties. You could easily snip one if you aren't in good lighting. These two black wires go to your tail light and headlight.
3. The instructions are EASY to follow, but take your time, don't rush, and start at step 1. Included with the bike is a cool tool kit that has full size wrenches and a multi-ended screw driver to assemble the bike all contained in a nylon zipper pouch (handy to pack with you for road side work if you ever need it). It also came with a tire pump (see the attached images).

4. The bikes themselves are extremely well made and do not feel like anything was shorted when designing the frames. The frames have great paint jobs and decal work.

5. The disk brakes on the front and rear make them that much more reliable in hilly areas (where we live).

6. The brake light flashes when you are braking and is functional as soon as the bike is started. The headlight is really bright and is activated manually on the handlebars. There is also a horn which is fairly loud.

7. The seat which came with the bike is a wider cruiser style seat with springs. We chose out of the gate to buy the seats you see NOT because the seats were inadequate, on the contrary they are really good seats, we just saw these and wanted them when building out our bikes.
8. As you can see there is also plenty of room for ad-on items. We have our bike locks, cell phone holders, a rear view mirror, and a water bottle holder mounted and usable. (Did I mention we love our bikes???)

9. As you can see we have a pup trailer so our dogs can bike with us. Since this is an eBike, the rear axle is NOT a standard size (its larger). So if you have an existing bike trailer, Amazon sells an eBike trailer attachment that will fit to the axle (or you can simply drill out your existing attachment with a drill if you have one).

10. Shimano gear shift – 7 speed. I like the one click shifting when I am pedaling. I assume avid cyclists are already familiar but thought I would still shout it out.

11. Customer Support – We had to contact them and they have been extremely responsive and willing to answer questions. Response time was within 24 hours (and they say to give them 48). We have been happy with the time. Calling them resulted in someone immediately picking up. Email response was faster than the 48 hour window.

Lastly – We have already put over 75 miles on our new bikes. Pedal assist is awesome. It allows my wife and I to remain at a constant speed (and thus spacing) as we travel down the road. There are 5 levels of pedal assist. The first starts at 9.5MPH, the second 11.5MPH, and the third at 14.5MPH. We have not gone faster. If we get tired of pedaling you can just turn the inner part of the right handle grip like a traditional motorcycle to “give it throttle” and let the bike do the rest. We love our rides and the performance. I weight roughly 160lbs and am pulling the pup trailer with 30lbs of dog in it. A 14 mile trip which includes quite a few rolling hills and one steep triple switchback hill burns about 15% of my battery. My wife’s battery usually sits about 90% when we get home. This is with us using pedal assist and pedaling maybe 1/2 to 2/3 of the way. So you can see that 75 miles is possible if you are willing to work while the bike is.

We used the flyer cargo carrier and modified it- (it’s not for this bike) and the kids absolutely love it. The handle bars are a little high for me and I wish the seat was a bit wider but other than that it’s absolutely perfect!
