Showed up quick. A gift package a day before. Good price. Very professionally built and is a ton of fun. I love the onboard computer. The one suggestion is that the brakes are not very good. Keeping in mind the bike is heavy and I'm not 12 years old but it takes forever to come to a stop which has me looking for new brakes. But the bike performs the way I want it to and it's a blast.

Great bike

Very impressed with this e-bike. Great brakes. Smooth shifting. It's very powerful and fast too. It has more then enough power to pull you up steep off road hills with ease. More powerful then expected. Display looks real nice. When you pedal or use the throttle it rolls for a very long time without having to pedal or throttle again for awhile.. good wheels. You can adjust the suspension or even lock it out which is awesome. design is great, happy with my purchase. Tottaly recomended this bike!

Perfect bike!

I recently purchased the Cycverve electric bike, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This bike offers a perfect blend of style, performance, and convenience. What a disappointment; Cycrown sent us Damaged CyVerve with missing parts & bad battery!!

I was so excited to purchase this cool CycVerve ride, unfortunately, this e-bike has proven to be a big disappointment. Accessories were missing pieces (nuts for screws), fender framing was bent creating tire rubbing which I guess doesn’t matter much since the bike won’t turn on!
From the very beginning, the outside packaging was super taped up and zipped tied to keep packaging all together. I’m guessing I was shipped a returned bike not suitable for resale because it was a broken bike!
Here’s my story of unfortunate circumstances:
The unacceptable outside packaging was only topped by the poorly secured Inside bike parts. The large front tire was loose in the box with no center spoke protectors; chipped paint and rubber markings were dominant on the left side frame. The frame got chipped and marked up from the loose front tire wedged by the left peddle with No zip ties or protection around it. Problems kept falling like dominos. Necessary hardware like screws did not have any nuts to hold parts together I actually had to purchase the nuts at Ace Hardware just to be able to set up my bike; handle bars, light, & other attachments.
Even after all the unfortunate bike set up issues, I never got the bike started. Never got to take it on a test ride. Just couldn’t get the battery to charge. I’m not sure if the battery needs to be replaced or if the charging cord is bad. The tip of the cord has a broken edge where it plugs into the battery. Either way I’m pretty sure, this fix would be very expensive. I am not putting another dime into repairing this bike of many disappointments and the Customer Service Sucks! I cannot reach anyone for help. I’ve called 4 times already since I got my bike yesterday. Leaving messages has proved useless, especially when customer representatives are non-existent and I am calling about my CycVerve bike being a complete lemon!!
I will definitely be taking advantage of the 30 day return policy. I can’t afford to loose the money I invested in buying a Cycrown CycVerve All Terrain Electric Bike.
~I almost forgot to mention the very poorly constructed plastic fenders and rack. They don’t cover the large tires correctly, the metal frame rubs against the back tire and bend the cheep plastic frame when tightening the screws on the frame. Once attached securely the frame shifts off center.
I can honestly state, this bike is my nightmare purchase. I have used several e-bikes and spent 2 weeks using my uncles in Arizona over my holiday vacation. This bike fails expectations! It looks beautiful from a fare, but is nothing more than a worthless clothes hanger. All the plastic accessories, the thin brittle battery charging unit and bad battery/wiring prevents it from being a useful bike.
Please provide return shipping support. I’d like to return this bad purchase and get my money back. I only want to recover my total investment.
