This bike didn't work right out of the box. It had a Br code. I contacted Cycrown immediately. It took 5 days to get a response. They sent a blurry Pic telling me to disconnect a component. I assumed it was the connector for the brake sensor. Sure enough once unplugged the motor worked. Also, it was shipped without the fenders and luggage rack that was ordered. I am still waiting on those
Nobody answers the phone, you have to leave a message. They do call you back, but that person can only take your reports and pass it on. He stated they are short staffed. I have now been on 2 rides. It is fun and looks good. I hope everything works out and my fenders and luggage rack show up soon.
My husband and I got these bike the beginning of August. We are loving them so far.
I've been recommending this bike to my friends and family! It handles well on trails and roads. Has assisted peddling, no assistance peddling or can just hit the button and not pedal. Great bike iam definitely enjoying it!
Owning the CycUltra electric bike has been an absolute delight. The motor is powerful yet quiet, offering a smooth and enjoyable ride every time. The bike's range is impressive, allowing me to travel far without worrying about recharging. Its build quality is exceptional, with attention to detail in every aspect. The convenience and efficiency it brings to my daily commutes are invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike to anyone seeking a top-tier electric biking experience.
Bike is a good ride. Good acceleration, comfortable riding position and I really like the 9 speed Shimano gear set, with no ghost pedaling in high gear at 28 MPH. Bike looks sharp with clean lines and all internal wiring and cables. First ride I got 20.2 miles with 20% battery left at 18.6 MPH. That should translate to about 30 miles at 15 MPH (I weigh 190lbs). I have 4 eBikes and this by far is my favorite. BTW - you might want to buy 2 if your wife has an eBike, because she'll want this one after she rides it.
