Bike Not Working and No Response from my Emails and voice messages

I have called, emailed and chatted with you all with no response. My E Bike does not work!!! I need a return tag or I need a new controller box immediately. I bought the bike 3 weeks ago and can not use it. It has not worked at all since I received it. I need a technician to call me ASAP. Order CYC1959. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
